You can browse public listings without signing in. Signing in shares your account identity and email with Kebero to link your claims, profiles, booking requests, and reviews to your account.
Claims and verification evidence are available to the directory administrator. Booking contact details are available to the customer and the provider handling the request. Approved profiles and published review text, display names, and ratings are public. Email addresses and private booking details are not published as part of a review.
When a linked Google rating is requested, Kebero retrieves the business rating from Google Places. Only the business Place ID and matching confirmation date are saved; Google ratings are fetched live. Opening Google Maps sends you to Google, where the Google Privacy Policy applies. Google Maps services are subject to that policy.
Your profile photo, display name, customer or professional preference, and preferred city and country are saved to your account. Your account photo is private and is only shown in your own account controls. Device location is requested only when you choose Use my current location. Coordinates stay in memory in the current browser tab and are not sent to Kebero or a third-party geocoder; they are used to compare approximate city locations. Closing the tab clears those coordinates.
Provider CRM notes, contact details, and follow-up dates are private to that provider account. Booking status and proposals are shared only with booking participants. Reviews and public profile edits are held for administrator review before publication.
If you connect Google Calendar, the app checks busy periods in your primary calendar and creates booking events with service names and customer names in a separate Kebero calendar. Authorization tokens are encrypted on the server. You can disconnect in the provider workspace; you may also revoke authorization in your Google Account. Calendar data is used for scheduling, not advertising.
If you enable booking emails and an email service is configured, your email address and booking update are sent through that service to deliver the message. In-app notifications remain available. Background reminders require an administrator-connected scheduler. Email delivery requires a connected email service; failed emails are queued for retry. Native push notifications are not enabled.
Provider page analytics record page opens and booking starts using a random identifier held only in the open page. No analytics cookies, IP addresses or cross-site identifiers are stored. Refreshing creates a new page session, so these are approximate counts, not unique people. Your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference disables this measurement. Event history is limited to 90 days when the maintenance job runs. Waitlist contact details and structured booking answers are available only to you and the provider. Provider photo uploads and appointment-page details are published by the approved owner.
Delete your Kebero account from Profile & settings or the account deletion page. Active bookings are cancelled, personal profile and CRM data are removed, and other participants may retain anonymous booking and payment records. Deletion does not remove your ChatGPT account or independent public-source business listings.
